Up-to-date stats on why live chat and chatbots are essential. Very good explanation of where and how to use chatbots. No mention of how to create a chatbot or what technologies or vendors work best. Effective chatbots can’t be created in a few minutes as suggested. This is a wake up call to cease using lead capture forms and more carefully use email. Certainly worth a read and re-read. Just don’t expect this book to teach you how to create a chatbot.
