Not a bad book, but nothing special. Frank Luntz politics comes through which isn’t welcome but nothing radical. He does not really add anything new except a few insights to what is actually important to the public which does not match what business or politicians think. Of course follow all the good attributes and you should reach the top and be a good person at it. Who knows, it is all speculations and at the end of the day I suppose follow his ideas can’t hurt too much.
