Listened to this title, not impressed at all… Far better books out there, such as some title from Nightingale-Conant regarding confidence. The narration was great, nothing against that, just the subject matter was severely diluted and offered nothing for me. Just tell yourself that you’re confident? Ok, sure… Sup the negative self-talk? Of course… There I wrapped up the contents for you and saved you time and money.
