I love and appreciate Dr. Barnards work in this world. This book is great for everyone since we all probably face some sort of hormonal imbalance and many of us are unaware of the hidden toxins and unnecessary hormones in our food (as well as in our household products and environment). Hopefully we will soon wake up to this and realize its all about the food we choose to fuel our bodies. Dr. B once again drives home the importance and all the wonderful benefits of plant-based eating. Thank you for helping to change the way my family lives!
